ClearMark Terms of Service
1. The service
ClearMark provides a browser-based tool to identify and remove separable watermark objects from PDF files. It is intended only for files you own or are authorized to edit, clean, or redistribute. It is not a tool for bypassing access controls, removing ownership notices without permission, or infringing another person’s rights.
2. Accounts and access
Some processing and all purchases require an account. Keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate account information. Credits, passes, processing usage, and eligible purchases are assigned to the account used at the time of purchase. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Pricing and payments
Current prices and included usage are published on the Pricing page before checkout. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant-of-record payment provider; ClearMark does not collect your card number. Taxes, payment methods, receipts, and payment-provider terms are presented during checkout where applicable.
Purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you need billing help or want to make a statutory refund request, email clingkhere@gmail.com with the purchase or checkout reference. Do not send payment-card details by email.
4. File handling and your content
You retain ownership of your files. You grant ClearMark the limited permission needed to process a file at your request and return the resulting output. Do not use the service with unlawful, infringing, confidential, or sensitive material unless you have the necessary rights and authority. The service uses temporary processing storage; files and outputs can expire or be cleared earlier than expected, including after a service restart. Keep your own backup of every original and output file.
5. Service limits
PDF structures and reader rendering can differ. ClearMark does not guarantee that every watermark can be removed, that the result will preserve all underlying content, or that the service will always be available. Review the output before relying on, distributing, or publishing it.
6. Suspension, changes, and contact
We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights, including for misuse or a security concern. We may update these terms or the service from time to time; the updated date on this page shows the current version. For questions about these terms or the service, use the Support page or email clingkhere@gmail.com.
